Shortlist based on...
Job title: this field is not required. By entering, for example, "HR Assistant" in this field only those job hunters who have indicated "HR Assistant" as their current/desired job title will be selected from the database. Simply use "HR" to widen your search or leave this field out completely and search by industry instead to be less selective.
Industry: use this field to filter job hunters by industry. This field is a good alternative/complementary field to the Job Title field above.
Work Experience: use this field to filter job hunters in terms of their experience within a given industry sector. You will be able to adjust your criteria from "All" through to only selecting job hunters with above 1, 2, 3, 5, and 10 years of experience.
Current Salary: use this field to filter job hunters in terms of their current or desired salary. This will ensure that you will not waste your time by contacting a job hunter who will require more remuneration than you are able to offer for your vacant position. This is also a useful measure to determine how much the job hunter is valued by his or her current employer.
Notice Period: use this field to filter job hunters in terms of how much notice they will be required to give to their current employer. This will be a useful determinant if you require your vacancy to filled urgently and is also useful for forward planning purposes.
Qualifications: use this field to filter job hunters based on their current level of qualification. You will be able to filter job hunters based on whether they have GSCEs, GNVQs, O levels, advanced GNVQs, A levels, City and Guilds, BTECs, Diplomas, undergraduate degrees, postgraduate degrees, or Phds / Doctorates.
Work Eligibility: use this field to filter job hunters based on whether they currently have the right to work in the UK or whether they will require permission to work under current immigration rules.
Location: use this field to filter job hunters based on their current location. This field could be used to identify top-performing talent in locations other than your own, which again could be used for forward planning as well as current recuitment campaigns where the locaton of the job hunter is not an issue.
Rating: all CVs in our database are rated by recruiters such as yourselves (recruiters are compelled to rate CVs through various incentives). This field can be used to filter job hunters based on the rating awarded to them by other recruiters - your very competition!
Upload Date: use this field to filter job hunters based on when they uploaded their CV into our database, or updated it. This field can be used to select CVs that have recently been uploaded and are therefore "fresh".
Job Hunter Type: use this field to filter job hunters based on whether they are currently employed or not. One of the best ways to determine the potential value of a job hunter is discovering how much they are valued by other employers. Use this field for this purpose.
